What can a driver do before pickup?
A driver logs in on a phone to see assigned trips and receives a push alert when a trip is assigned. The app includes a route map, trip details, and status controls for the stages of a ride.
Before starting a route, the driver can complete a 14-item daily vehicle inspection. If another driver has already inspected the shared vehicle that day, the next driver can confirm the inspection with one tap.

How does the trip record update on the road?
Drivers move a trip through status changes such as en route, arrived, and in progress. During an active trip, the app shares GPS so dispatch can locate the driver on the map. The driver enters mileage and collects a passenger signature at dropoff.
Those details belong to the trip itself. Dispatch and billing can work from the recorded status, mileage, and signature rather than asking a driver to deliver separate paperwork later.

What still depends on your team?
The app records what a driver enters and shares location during active trips; it does not make safety decisions for the driver or guarantee that an inspection, signature, or mileage entry meets every payer or regulatory requirement. Your company remains responsible for training drivers and checking its records.
