Which records can the review flag?
The review spans provider and driver information, training, vehicles, daily inspections, and trips. It draws attention to records that need attention so a manager can investigate the underlying file or entry rather than discovering a missing item when an audit begins.
Driver credential expiry reports and vehicle maintenance history also help owners find records they may need to review. What a payer or regulator requires still varies by program and location.

What can the report tell an owner?
The generated PDF audit report summarizes the review at that point in time. Use it to organize internal follow-up and to see which flagged items require a closer look. It is not evidence that a payer, agency, or auditor has approved the records.
Because drivers record trip status, mileage, signatures, and inspections in the app, some operational details are already attached to the relevant trip or vehicle. A person should still review whether those details are accurate and complete.
