Who we are and what this policy covers
Digital Creed LLC operates Easy Med Ride. This Privacy Policy covers easymedride.com, the Easy Med Ride provider portal, booking and feedback pages, and Easy Med Ride Driver (also called Driver App), our mobile app for non-emergency medical transportation drivers.
Transportation companies use our platform to manage their operations. When a transportation provider enters rider or employee information, it is responsible for its own collection and use of that information. We process that information to provide the platform to the provider. Contact your transportation provider about its services or records; contact Digital Creed LLC about our website, platform, or app.
Information we collect
Account and contact information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, company details, and information submitted in inquiries, support requests, booking requests, and feedback.
Transportation and operational information: pickup and drop-off addresses, scheduled times, assigned drivers and vehicles, trip status, mileage, trip notes, mobility or accessibility needs, emergency contacts, and insurance or billing details where a provider uses those features. Trip completion records may include rider or representative signatures.
Driver and fleet information: work availability, check-in status, vehicle inspections, incident reports, and supporting photos or documents submitted by authorized users. These records can contain personal or sensitive information.
Technical information: device and browser information, IP addresses, session identifiers, push notification tokens, error logs, and website usage events, as needed to operate, secure, and understand use of our services.
Driver location and device permissions
With the driver’s location permission, Easy Med Ride Driver collects precise device location while the driver is checked in for work or has an active trip. Location updates can include latitude, longitude, direction of travel, and speed. They support dispatch, driver visibility, and trip coordination, and are sent to the platform for the authorized transportation provider.
The current driver app requests foreground location access, not continuous background-location permission. Location tracking is tied to work check-in or active-trip status; it is not intended to track drivers when they are checked out and have no active trip. Closing or backgrounding the app can limit location updates.
Drivers can change location and notification permissions in their device settings. Denying permission may limit dispatch, tracking, or notification features. Where a feature requests access to a camera, photos, or files, that access is used for the photo or document the user chooses to submit.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; schedule and dispatch rides; coordinate drivers and vehicles; maintain trip, signature, inspection, and billing records; provide requested integrations; deliver service messages; respond to questions and feedback; improve reliability and usability; and detect misuse or unauthorized access.
Website inquiries and demo requests are used to respond to the request and discuss our services. Please do not submit patient or medical information through the website demo form.
Who receives information
Information is available to authorized users of the relevant transportation provider according to their access rights, including dispatchers, administrators, and assigned drivers. Authorized riders, representatives, payers, or partner organizations may receive information needed for their trip, payment, or service request.
We use service providers for hosting, storage, messaging, push notifications, maps and address lookup, payment processing, and other enabled integrations. These providers receive the information needed to perform the requested function. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own policies; the platform may retain transaction references and payment status.
Where a transportation provider enables vehicle camera or recording integrations, video, audio, device information, or recording links may be processed through the configured provider. That transportation provider is responsible for required notices and consent. This does not mean the Driver App continuously records the phone’s camera or microphone.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. This policy does not authorize the sale of rider records or driver location information.
Email, SMS, and notifications
Depending on the services enabled by your transportation provider, messages may include booking confirmations, trip updates, reminders, payment links, or feedback requests. The platform supports separate email and SMS preferences for clients.
Ask your transportation provider to update your email or SMS preferences. If a message supports an unsubscribe or opt-out instruction, you can follow it. Drivers can manage mobile push notification permission in their device settings. Disabling a communication channel may prevent updates from reaching you through that channel.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website and portal may use cookies or browser storage for sign-in sessions, security, and preferences. Usage measurement may record visits or interactions such as product-tour clicks and inquiries. These features may differ between the public website, portal, and mobile app.
You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working. Third-party links and integrations have their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
We retain information for the time needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal, contractual, insurance, and billing obligations. Retention can vary by record type and transportation provider. Removing an account does not necessarily require removal of records that must be retained for these purposes.
We use safeguards such as authenticated access, role-based permissions, and secure network connections to protect information. No system is completely secure. Do not share your password or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
Your choices and deletion requests
Depending on applicable law and our role in handling the information, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information. Contact support@digitalcreed.us with the subject “Privacy request” or “Account deletion request”. Identify the service you use and your transportation provider, if applicable. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or medical records by email.
We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your transportation provider before acting on a request. If the provider controls the relevant records or provisioned your driver account, we may direct the request to that provider. We will explain any retention requirements or other limitations that apply to the request.
Children and international processing
The website, provider portal, and Driver App are intended for adults and authorized transportation personnel, not for children to create their own accounts. A provider may enter information about a minor rider for an authorized transportation service. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information directly without appropriate authorization.
Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Applicable privacy laws and protections may differ from those in your location.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
For questions about this policy or privacy and data-deletion requests, contact Digital Creed LLC at support@digitalcreed.us.
